Let's start with Friday. Amy and I got inside the rec room at 9:45am and started decorating as quickly as we could, around 12ish my mom came over with a bunch of things from Special Occasions and we brought that stuff in and started decorating again. Then I left to go to Albany to pick up a few things and then I begged Jeremy to see if he could get off work early so he could watch the girls while I decorated...his boss said yes! On the condition that I brought Elle in so she could pinch her cheeks, a very fair trade.
So I went back and by that time my mom went to go with my dad to get the rest of the things from Special Occ. that she couldn't fit in her car...this was around 4ish. Then my dad helped with the ladder to get things up and before we knew it it was after 10pm and my dad had to go home to sleep b/c he had to work the next morning. Of course we were not done yet so my mom, Amy and I stayed and finished....till 1am!! That's right we rolled home at 1am. Talk about a long day. I of course still couldn't get to sleep even though I headed to bed around 1:30am. Poor Amy had to still bake her kids cakes! Lucky for me my friend Heather really wanted to make Eva this castle cake which I told her Eva would love and I would love for her to do...so thank you again Heather for making that gorgeous cake...it saved my sanity.
Then Sat. morning we got kind of a lazy start because we were all so tired from the night before. But we got things going and were going to be working up to the minute we let the kids in! Of course a half hour before the party started the power went out and we rushed like made to find the circuit breaker. We couldn't find it! Everyone that would know where it was were not home. I called and left messages and then I prayed that we would find it and it would work out. And about 5 minutes later my mom and Amy found it!! Yay!! I thought that I may die from a massive coronary within the hour before the party started but, I didn't and it all went well from then on.
My mom had this idea to use one of the loud speakers(like Ty Pennigton uses on Extreme Home Makeover) to announce the kids and their birthdays and have them go in first before anyone. I thought it was an awesome idea and Eva loved it. So onto the pictures:
This is the ticket booth that my mom put together, she did an awesome job!
This is what the kids saw when they walked in, the big tent entrance!
My dad at the cotton candy machine, getting some ready before the kids arrived.
The popcorn and sno-cone machine, you can kind of see the drink table to the left, we had pink lemonade and water.
Another angle.
The bean bag toss game(I borrowed from a friend) and to the right was Jeremy's face painting section. To the left was the craft table, you can't see it but the kids decorated their own bags to put all their prizes in.
The ceiling view.
The side wall view. Yes this is why we were there till 1am. The ceiling wasn't actually that bad, the walls took the longest.
My clown cut out! Isn't it cute!
The birthday kids arrive! I love Eva's face!
Such a cute picture of them pointing out all of the things they see, they were so overwhelmed.
The guests coming in. We made them stay outside to gather a little bit of a line and anticipation.
A very full house!
Cake time! The beautiful cake Heather made!! Isn't it amazing! Eva still had not seen it at this point, the next picture you can see how big her eyes are and her reaction!
She was just in heaven!
Loves, loves, loves the cake!
Blowing out the candles.
Picking and eating the cake, with help from one of her friends.
Eva and Heather with the castle cake...Eva was the envy of every girl there!
Passing out the cupcakes...I wasn't about to hand any of those kids a plate, fork, cake and no place to sit.
Ahhh, the present table.
The aftermath:

This is only a tenth of what was there, this is after I sweeped up once.
Decorations coming down.
Party's over.
This was the most insane project I have ever taken on. It was a lot of hard work and planning and I think I may have actually recovered now.
Eva made it worth it a bout 3 minutes after the party started. She looked at me and said,"Mommy, this is the best party ever, and I love it, thank you so much mommy" I wanted to cry...it was so sweet, but I was also completely sleep deprived and that made me want to cry too.
Eva loved it she had the best time ever and every kid there had a great time, there was no crying, only happy faces! A success!
I want to thank my mom and dad for all of their help, and Amy for our awesome ideas and Heather again and Stacey who held Elle the whole time even while she was sleeping and I didn't have to worry about her at all(I didn't even think about what I was going to do with her the whole time) and Jeremy for supplying the funds for this party and to myself for giving birth 4 years ago to a beautiful 7lb. 12oz baby girl that has changed us forever and made us a family. I love you Eva Estelle.

WOW. That's all I can say. WOW. You are AMAZING! It looks so cool and so awesome, you did a great job! Man, no one will ever be able to top that party! You set the standard high for all of us slackers... I don't think I will ever even attempt that. Poor Keegan, he will be so deprived ;-) Great job!
That looks amazing. You guys did a fantastic job. What alot of hard work. I'm sad we missed it. Hope you've recovered.
You must be the best mommy in the whole world! What an amazing party! Lots of hard work and wonderful decorations! The post blew my mind away. RJ's B-day is just around the corner and I am sad to say his pirate bash won't even come close to this fiesta! Christa, you are incredible! What a great memory.
Good job, that puts all my parties to shame. How will you top it next year?
That cake is amazing! I can't believe Heather made it herself. And I love the decorations. The streamers on the wall looked so great! I'm thinking of hiring you to be my party planner for my 26th. It is only 4 1/2 weeks away!!
