Friday: Fantasy Shoe Day

It's that time again, I'm thinking we should focus on some super cute holiday party shoes...of course for those of us who aren't actually attending a holiday party they will be better known as "cute church shoes." Onward-

I chose a wide variety, now many of these I would never wear...and some of them I would wear if I had the money to blow on shoes.

Let's start with a pair that screams "Wear me to a holiday party!!"

These shoes could not be any cuter...or more expensive. These would be too cute with a LBD, they would actually be cute with almost any dress, navy, purple, green, jewel tones are hot right now and so is metallic..these Taryn Rose shoes will run you $500. That's not a typo.

These are shoes that you could really only wear to a big holiday function or if we wanted to feel fancy one day and never wear them again, they are definitely festive and these shoes scream, Christmas Party! These Nina shoes run $178.

On a more everyday trend not I will quite with the holiday shoes and go onto more everyday/church shoes. Gray is in right now, and so is texture. These shoes fit the bill perfectly, thank you Jessica Simpson(yes, she designs shoes, and I use the term "design" very loosely). These baby's are a cool $72, more in a realistic price range...not mine but someone else's I'm sure.

Now these are a church shoe you would get a lot of use out of, not only are they totally adorable they would be so cute with anything plus the heel isn't insane(my kind of shoe) and they are completely classic. Steve Madden gets 4 stars from me, I could justify spending $73 on these cute practical shoes.

Next in line for a girl who likes more of a heal, these have got the trendy texture but they are classic brown and will make your legs look amazing...especially the calf muscle you don't have. Tribeca $60

Onto some flats, these shoes are fun, cute and look so comfy, as if they were actual ballet flats...they make my feet smile...but unfortunately they make my husband have involuntary spasms, which turns into a sudden pain in his left arm followed by a massive coronary and...you get the picture. Pucci $440...yes, $440 for a pair of frickin' ballet flats! A girl can dream...that her husband wins the lottery...for the next 5 years b/c that's the only way he's letting me spend $440 on ballet flats.

I've saved the best for last. Apparently Marc Jacobs decided to do crack when he designed his shoes this season. Your eyes aren't making that up, yes it's a mouse. Mouse shoes, yay, my 3 year old would love it!!! Unfortunately they only come in mommy sizes. These are just the beginning he designed a ton of ballet flats that look like they smoked some crack. Whatever, I'm sure someone somewhere has bought these shoes...hopefully it was a gag gift and they only wear them indoors, or to go chop wood...of course for $330 the only gag might be on you for buying these ridiculous shoes.

Have a great weekend everyone!

I love these shoes! I'm really starting to look forward to Fantasy Fridays. And I don't know if it's the mom in me, but I thought the mice were cute! Leah would love being chased around the house in those instead of my ratty old slippers!
