I can't believe how quickly time goes by. Baby Elle is already six months old. She also cute her first tooth on the 14th, bottom right. Very exciting stuff. I just can't believe she's six months old already. It really seems to fly by the second time around. I remember waiting and waiting for Eva to be six months old...now I just want Elle to stop, don't get so old so quick!
In honor of Elle being a seasoned 6 months, I will write 6 things that I love about her(it will be hard to keep it at six but, I'm up for the challenge)
1. She loves it when I hold her so her head is hanging upside down. I don't know what it is but she just loves to hand her head upside down. She just laughs and laughs.
2. Her laugh is contagious. She has these tickle zones right around her first rib and she just laughs this deep rough giggle, sometimes she doesn't even smile and this hearty noise will come out of her, it's the best.
3. She smiles as soon as she sees me in the morning, I come around the corner and I tell her hello and good morning and I just get a big smile.
4. As soon as I start nursing her her eyes roll in the back of her head. It makes me feel like I'm producing the best milk in the entire universe...like some sort of healthy crack.
5. She truly loves her big sister. To watch her look at Eva is so amazing, it makes me feel bad Eva was number one to see how much Elle loves everything Eva does. They are going to be great friends and I'm so glad I could give them that.
6. Elle cries about 1,000 times more than Eva ever did. That may seems like a weird reason to love her but, it makes me a better mom. If she was as easy as Eva I would have it too easy, I think I would hate me for how easy I had it. But luckily Elle is harder and I had to change what I knew with Eva and make it work for baby Elle.
Elle I love you so, so much and I can't wait to see the little toddler you become in the next six months...even though I don't want to let my little baby go yet.
