Here's Eva's Easter basket. I didn't really do anything for Elle, I figure she doesn't know the difference, she doesn't really need anything right now and it's not like she's going to eat candy. So I found these "matching" bunnies and got one for Eva and one for Elle.
This is Eva discovering the Easter basket...she was down stairs for about 1 minute before she saw the basket...our house is not that big...I'll just assume she was still tired.
Classic excited T-Rex arms.
Sweet sister giving little sister her rabbit.

Ahh, the closed eyes pose.
It must run in the family.
Gotta love the tongue.
Trying to snag the chocolate bunny...very sneaky.

This is Elle's super cute outfit from Ma (remember the package they got a few days ago? You can see one of the puppets in the background too). I can not wait for it to get warmer so she can wear this, she is going to be so cute in it...plus she'll be walking soon and to see her little bum wiggling around with this cute ruffly skirt...adorable, thank you Ma. I don't have a pic of Eva's outfit yet though. She's very fickle about putting clothes on so someday soon I'll get a pic of her in it.
Since I was alone Easter morning I had a schedule of everything that needed to be done. Eva needed a bath with washed hair and a good brushing (this is a giant chore in itself...brushing Eva's hair is like pulling teeth). Both of the girls needed to get fed and dressed. I needed to get showered, fed, dressed, take some pics of the girls and double check the diaper bag.
Since I had no help these are the best shots I could get of Elle, without her screaming and without her falling off the couch.
I asked my mom to make the girls semi-matching outfits. I asked her to make Eva a skirt and Elle a dress out of this adorable egg print fabric.
She also made her this really cute headband.
This was Eva's first outfit but I didn't really like the jean jacket. She's wearing a Shade shirt and the sleeves are cap and it was waaaay too cold for her to wear it alone, so I had to find something to put over it. Luckily I remember that Eva had a seersucker jacket and what's more Easter than seersucker?
Much better and much more Easter friendly.
Those shoes she has on...$2.97 from Old Navy. I know, your jealous of my awesome ability to get amazing deals at Old Navy.
