I heart Michael Jackson

I loved Michael Jackson growing up- my mom passed on her love of him to me. He may have lead a unusual life and there are many things about him that have made us scratch our heads over the years; but you can not deny that he was an AMAZING entertainer.
I feel sad for his poor children that are left without a father.
I know he's without pain now and I hope his children and fans can find peace.

Party @ Tip Junkie! I'm in!!!!!!!

Kite Flying Day 2: There's not a lot to do in ND

Obviously beyond excited to fly her first kite...and by fly I mean watch all of us do it. The girls watching their dad- that's Uncle Andy's kite in the background...he was pretty excited when we told him how easy it was.

This was awesome, I was lucky enough to catch Elle totally eating it as she tripped...awesomeness.
Ha ha ha...I'm sorry but it was hilarious.

Gettin' down and dirty with her extreme kite flying...she's pretty much a pro now.

Yes, it was that easy, he was literally lying down on the job.

Aww, some Q.T. with Grandma Reenie.

Kite Flying in ND

Flying a kite in North Dakota is so easy...seriously, we picked it up and it started flying, no real effort...which this mom likes!

Beautiful sky.
I think Eva lifted the kite back into the air about 45 minutes after we got there...it seriously never came down once it was up.

I love this picture.

Eva and Grandma.
I love this picture too- it reminds me of something, was that The Beatles or The Monkeys?

Elle was sleeping this day so we took her back out the next day...

Elle's Two- May 20th

She was as surprised as any of us!
Getting so old- her hair even grew longer on this trip!

Here's her sweet party decorations- notice the cute balloon flower in the back that Jeremy's sister Cari put together, so cute!

Eva and Grandma got up early and baked a cake together for Elle.

"Elle, SURPRISE!"

Jeremy looks more surprised.

Eva presenting everything to Elle

Shockingly enough Elle was more impressed with the balloons.

Happy Birthday dear Elle, Happy Birthday to You!!!

First try...nice.
We decided sign language two was easier than regular two, this pic is blurry but it's the only one I got of her showing us she's two now.

Oh yeah, I think she gets her cake eating skills from Eva.

Present time

All the little grandkids have the same kind of cars.

Elle loved them
And Grandma Reenie gave both the girls babies that came with their own clothes she handmade, you can get cute stuff like this for your girls here.
Those are her caring mom eyes.
She loves babies, she's a very girly girl when it comes to that.

My sweet baby is now two- so pretty much the next day she turned horrendous (just kidding, not really), but I still love her. She has always been able to make us laugh she's a natural talent at everything she's ever attempted and she's only two! I love everything about her even her ridiculous tantrums...why does she have to be so dang cute about everything she does?!
