Elle, last year in the corn maze.

What up ladies~ I'm having a Shade open house on November 1st from 9am-12pm. It's going to be at the Camas Commons Community Room. The new fall clothes are 25% off, and the clearance is an additional 25% off!!! I have a lot of the new fall clothes and some of them are waaay cuter than I thought they would be. Come try stuff on and have fun, let me know if you need directions. Oh yes, and invite your friends from your wards that would be interested, I'm going to mutual tonight to see if the YW want to come withe their moms.
Loving it.

Getting over it.

The final result was burying her face in daddy's legs. I wasn't her favorite person after this little photo shoot.
Over it.
Well, she as at first and then a series of very bad events happened. First she loved the hay ride, then maybe halfway through she decided that she didn't like it because she couldn't walk around.
This above photo is right before the first meltdown...which was a full body fit until the hay ride stopped. Then as soon as the ride did stop we were at the pumpkin patch, I of course was getting my bag ready and grabbing some tissue and I looked to grab Elle and she was already off the ride and in the pumpkin patch, so much for the "helpful" parents I was surrounded by!
(This is right after the first fall and right before the second fall)
This is as we were waiting for everyone else to be done, I decided it would just be easier if we stayed on the wagon, after Elle calmed down she started petting her pumpkin, it was sweet. This didn't last long though, she totally threw a fit after this and then once people were on the stupid ride again and it started she threw another fit the entire ride back. Yikes.
Onto Eva. She was at my moms hanging out while Elle and I were on the field trip of torture. So I picked Eva up from my moms and left Elle there to play while I took pics of Eva at school. This was her first field trip, ever. She went on a big school bus, she was buddied up with a teacher, actually two teachers and went to the pumpkin patch all by herself. I had to stop myself from crying at the school bus. I took about a thousand pics of her on the bus, it was actually a school bus I use to ride back in the day, crazy huh?
Eva was adorable and especially proud of her new rain boots we got just the day before.

She was just as excited as I was for her to be on her first bus ride. She looked so big and at the same time she looked so tiny in those seats with no seat belts. I was very proud of her and I wanted her to go alone without me. The parents had the option to go with but I asked her and she didn't want me to come, and it actually made me happy, I think this is a good amount of independence, it puts my parenting to the test.
Off they go! :(

Eva had a great time, her trip was much more of a success than poor little Ellie's. We're going again as a family tomorrow, I think Elle will have a much better time being well rested and I don't think we're going to try the hay ride again. There's so much more stuff she missed out on so I'll get plenty of pics of that, wish us luck!! ;)
