Beach picture's finally! This is just a ton of pics of the girls having a great time. This was Elle's first real trip to the beach. I was so excited for her to play in the sand that I didn't even bring her down to the ocean! Duh. Anyway, she still had the best time and Eva didn't want to get out of the water, it reminded me of me at that age. Total water baby.

The best Daddy EVER!!!

Jeremy called me this morning and asked what my plans were for today, I said nothing (the usual) and we just made small talk about what went on that morning, then he walked in the front door. I said, what are you doing here? And he said, "We're going to the beach" Yay!!!!
This is SO unlike Jeremy, his idea of a vacation is sitting at home and not moving for 12 hours. So I was very excited that he came up with this and even more excited that we were all more or less ready to leave. He came home around 10am and we left before 11am. It was totally awesome. We had the best time. I'll put all the pics up tomorrow.
Thanks for the best day daddy!! Eva and Elle had such a blast and it was so nice to just get away and play in the sand and eat Coney dogs! I love you, you're amazing.

4th of July pt 2: Eva's all-a-GLO

So I took some cool pics of Eva (I'm totally not being modest) with a glo stick she had, this was a big part of out 4th fun so I thought I'd share them all:

4th of July pt 1

I know it's not a very creative title but that's what this is all about so whatever.

We had a great 4th. My parents had worked all day building their new fence and putting together a new patio set they got so they weren't in the mood to BBQ(which is really weird for them) so they took us all out to Izzy's. It was actually pretty good, they had some amazing Hawaiian pork, yum. Anyway, we went back to their place and did some early fireworks with Elle before she went to sleep. The sky was really beautiful, exhibit A:
